Couples Tshuvah Workshop- Jconnect Seattle

The Jewish High Holidays offer an opportunity to take stock of ourselves, to reflect on our actions of the past year, and to make repairs to our relationships when needed. Through the process of tshuvah (repentance or “return”) we take responsibility for the times when we missed the mark and commit to growth and change. This workshop for couples will explore the concept of tshuvah and how it can support the growth and well-being of our intimate partnerships. This workshop is open to all couples: gay or straight, and both Jewish or interfaith. This class is co-facilitated by Rabbi Oren Hayon and our on-staff clinical counselor Danica Bornstein. FREE.
