Shabbat Shalom 18 Nisan 5774

Thank you to everyone that attended last night’s community Seder. Your presence, contribution of culinary treats, and lively participation created a great sense of ruach, allowing folks to fulfill the mitzvah of celebrating a Seder and a festive meal together.

Since we are in the intermediate days of Passover, the Shabbat challah is replaced with matzah  and we have a special Torah portion of Chol HaMo’ed Pesach (translated as ” weekdays of the festival”) covering Exodus 33:12-33:26.

For those counting, we are on the 3rd day of the Omer.

Candle lighting time on Whidbey Island is at 7:45.
