Invitation from Rabbi Ted Falcon for High Holy Holiday services

Rabbi Ted Falcon, an islander, would like to share the following invite with WIJC readers:

People of all faith paths are invited to join Rabbi Ted Falcon in experiencing the spiritual richness and special energies of these Days of Awe.
Rabbi Ted Falcon, PhD, a Reform Rabbi with a doctorate in clinical psychology, explores the frontiers of a universal spirituality in his work as spiritual therapist, teacher, and writer.

 Traditional Holy Day melodies along with niggunim, chants, kirtan, and new songs help us embrace the sacred dimension of this time.

With musicians Jenny Heutmaker, Jack Heutmaker, Paul Bruno.



Rosh Hashanah Eve Worship: Sunday, September 13, 7:30 pm
Shofar Service and Taschlich, the ritual release beside a body of living water: Monday, Sept. 14, 3 pm.
Kol Nidrei, Yom Kippur Eve Worship: Tuesday, September 22, 7:30 pm
Yom Kippur Afternoon Service, includes Yizkor/Memorial: Wednesday, September 23, 4 pm
• All worship services in the sanctuary of Unity in Lynnwood, 16727 Alderwood Mall Parkway.
Shofar Service and Taschlich at Edmonds Marina Beach Park.

You can purchase tickets for one or more services.
First-timers and members of other faiths are invited to share this time of spiritual expansion for a free-will donation, no one will be turned away.

  1. I make my High Holiday plans weeks ahead of the Days of Awe, so I will not be attending this service. I wish Rabbi Falcon and the Whidbey Island Jewish Community a happy, healthy, and peaceful new year.
